The McPherson Gem and Mineral Club is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose members enjoy the geologic beauty of the Earth.

From the MGMC Board of Directors

The MGMC is back to holding monthly meetings. We meet the second Sunday of each month. Please feel free to join us at 3:00 PM at the McPherson Senior Center located at 112 East Euclid in McPherson, Kansas. Guests are welcome to come visit us.

Please note that masks are no longer required but are recommended. If you have been vaccinated you may remove your mask. If you have not been vaccinated we ask that you continue to wear your mask while at the meeting.

We look forward to seeing you there!

MGMC member Jim Brown has graciously volunteered to put a display of rocks, minerals, and fossils in the McPherson County Courthouse. 

The exhibit has been extended to run through October of 2021. Keep checking back as specimens will be rotating in and out during the time the exhbit will be there.

McPherson County Courthouse Hours are 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday. Stop by to see the exhibit if you are in the neighborhood.
